We are a co-op and therefore in order for this to be a successful program, every family must sign-up for one volunteer job. Please scroll down the list below and see what job you will take on to bless the program and help it to run efficiently. Thank you.

2. Registration for Camp/Try-Outs
• Arrive @ 1:30 on November 15th to set up and be ready to welcome players.
• Collect registration packets and place in alphabetical order.
• Place players names on K-4th list or league player list.
• Write in any payments made on their form.

• Send out order form attachments to the basketball group.
• Send out order forms through the office for newsletter and weekly school-wide updates.
• Arrange p/u of completed orders w/Julie Sherman.

7. Follow-Up Phone Call Parent
• Responsible for phoning families that have not responded when needed (will be given a list of who).

8. "March Gladness" Tournament Coordinator
• Set-up "mysign.com" on the website for families to sign-up for tournament jobs (list of tournament jobs will be provided).
• Contact host hotel to make reservations.
• Confirm reservations and cancel any rooms that are no longer needed 1 week before.
• Pay hotel through the school account (coordinate through Tracy West).
• Turn receipts from hotel in to Tracy at the school office.
• E-mail the bookkeeper with all the totals for the hotel and any other expenses.
• Tournament shirt and tournament program orders and collect fees, getting check sent in from the office.

10. High School Letter Orders
• Send out e-mail to the group to offer a High School letter for $10.
• Take orders and get # of requested letters to Judy Beckmann.
• Distribute letters and collect the fees.

11. Child Care for the Coaches Children at Practices (Responsible for the coaches kids only)
• Bring a few games for the younger ones to play.
• Some will only need to be watched during the second hour of practice.

• Write-up a short devotional weekly to touch on a Godly character.
• Send it out by e-mail to the group on Mondays.

• After practice, pick up any empty water bottles left lying around.
• Gather items or basketballs left behind and bring them to next practice.

• Take action shots at basketball games. Team rosters will be given to you.

• Produce a slideshow w/music highlighting the basketball season.
• Include team pictures and rosters. The list will be given to you.
• Make sure there is an action shot of each player in the program.

• Make 1 copy for each family in the program as well as coaches.

• Watch for deadlines for the school newsletter and get the game schedules sent in.
• Send the game schedule to the office for the weekly school-wide updates.

• Send in a picture spread for the April newsletter also.
